Welcome baby Gabriel into the world 7 weeks early, weighing in at just one pound. We made the trek to Mt. Sinai for a visit to the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit to capture some breath taking images.
Armed with only a black piece of fabric and a flash light, Gabriel’s mommies, myself, and all the special care equipment for Gabriel were packed into a space no larger than 5 feet x 5 feet. I only had a few minutes in NNICU, during this time it was obvious how loved he is and how dedicated his parents are. His parents are staying at Ronald McDonald House for an extended stay that is now into week 8 (mid October).
